Before you continue: Deleting your account is permanent. You will lose your profile, order history, marketplace listings, wallet balance, and partner applications. This cannot be undone.

What we delete

Phone number, name, email, and profile photo
Push notification tokens, saved items, and notification preferences
Emergency contacts, marketplace listings, and uploaded listing images
Partner applications, identity documents, and business verification uploads
Access to rides, food orders, and partner dashboards

Some records may be retained in anonymized form where required by law (e.g. completed financial transactions).

Delete in the app

Open Settings → Account → Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit.

Delete without the app

Verify your phone number with OTP, then permanently delete your account from this page (Google Play & App Store compliant).
